![]() PowerToys, Microsoft’s own freeware set of tools for power users, is now in the Microsoft Store for easy downloading. Other than this, a lot of the changes and improvements seem to be polishing the finished product rather than anything else. ![]() ![]() There’s also a new icon in the volume slider, so you can find other audio devices a little more easily. This includes a new variation of Copy+Paste, which allows you to copy the directory of the file or folder by hitting CTRL+Shift+C, useful for developers! Who knew! ![]() The Dev Channel has a habit of being really early features, intended for, well, Developers, but often gives us an idea of what Microsoft is focusing on next. Build 22463 (so catchy) is what might come with the next official update to Windows 11 in a few weeks, but for now, these features are being limited to the Dev Channel of the program. Follow our guide!Īs the release of Windows 11 starts to get ever closer – it’s October 5th! – and the final first release hits shelves, the development team at Microsoft is an unrelenting beast of updates that might not hit the operating system for some time yet. Yesterday’s Surface Event brought with it a bunch of new products, including the new flagship Surface Laptop Studio, but for those of us more interested in the software side of stuff will be intrigued to know that the Windows Insider Program is now starting to introduce new features into the development ring.
